From the fist phone call I had with Jayden, I couldn’t be more impressed with the service we received. Katrina met with us and went through everything in great detail. All our options were explained fully and any requests we had were accommodated fully. Due to an inquest we had to wait for certain things but Katrina was so good in talking us through everything and making sure that mum was brought to the funeral home to be looked after rather than being left at the HRI morgue. The funeral was everything we had hoped for and we cannot express our appreciation enough for this. Jayden directed the funeral and was so caring and professional throughout the day. At such a difficult time we are so grateful for all the help and support from the whole team but Katrina and Jayden really went above and beyond to ensure the day was one that mum would have liked. Thank you all so much.

Everyone at Slaithwaite Funeral Services was so friendly, professional and sensitive. We did not feel pressured at any point and they acknowledged our wishes - even those we sent at the last minute - and were totally empathetic and understanding. Jyden listened to everything we said and was so patient with us and Roxanna spoke beautifully at the funeral, capturing the essence of my brother's fiery and energetic personality. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for funeral services.

Helen and the team were my only choice for dad as they organised a wonderful send off for my mum six years previously and mum and dad both lived in Slawit all their lives.Emma was amazing arranging my dads nothing was too much trouble, she was so lovely calm and reassuring it was like having a best friend guide you through it.The day itself went just how i wanted and some special little touches just made it personal to dad.Thankyou so much to Emma,Helen and all the team.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
